Tichi-me Skills Academy (“Tichi-me”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operating within the GoGrowKids Ecosystem (developed by easyBew), provides digital entrepreneurship, AI literacy, coding, and creative skills education for children and young learners aged 6 to 18.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal and educational information is collected, processed, and protected when parents, students, teachers, and partners interact with our web applications, interactive learning management system (LMS), live Google Meet academy cohorts, gamified reward systems, and certificate verification portals.

We adhere strictly to international child privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada.

• Parent & Account Holder Information: Full name, email address, country/region, account password (securely hashed via Firebase Auth), and billing identifiers.
• Student Profiles: First name or nickname, age/tier category (Explorers 6–8, Builders 9–11, Innovators 12–14), avatar selection, and learning interests.
• Learning & Progress Data: Lesson completion milestones, quiz attempts and scores, homework submissions, live class attendance records, and project portfolios.
• Payment & Subscription Records: Transaction reference IDs, subscription tier status ($29 Basic, $98 Business Pro, $119 Owner-Operator), and invoice histories processed through encrypted Stripe gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

We use collected data solely for educational, administrative, and security purposes:

Students earn XP, streak milestones, and verified certificates as an educational motivational incentive upon completing self-learning courses and passing quizzes with 80%+ scores.

• XP and achievement badges hold educational and motivational utility within the Tichi-me platform to track progress.
• Parent and partner referral commissions are tracked transparently in accordance with active subscription levels.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We only share data with verified infrastructure service providers under strict data protection agreements:

Parents have complete ownership and control over their children’s accounts at all times. You have the right to:

• Review all learning activity, homework, and certificates associated with your child’s profile.
• Request immediate deletion or modification of any child profile.
• Revoke access or pause cohort enrollment at any time from your Parent Dashboard.
